The gluten free setting is a programmed heating cycle using ~80% heating power but ~120% heating time, so lower heating power and longer heating time which better caters to the ingredients in the bread for optimal toasting. Sleek design takes up minimal counter space, and serving tray folds for easy storage and is removable for easy cleaning. Toaster also features cool touch exterior for added safety.
