As Covid-19 is a new strain of coronavirus, it is not yet available for commercial testing. The beta-coronavirus strain that was tested is in the same family as SARS-CoV-2—which causes Covid-19—and is structurally the closest to SARS-CoV-2 that we can test against according to our experts. We will test our products against SARS-CoV-2 as soon as it is available for commercial testing.
**After the 5-minute cycle is finished, either remove the bottles and accessories or leave the sterilizer lid closed and the contents will stay sterile for up to 24 hours.
