A big part of that marine certification also means that each speaker has a non-corrosive plastic grille, a polypropylene UV tolerant cone, waterproof inner and outer surrounds, and stainless steel mounting hardware, ensuring that it’s fully protected against the elements.

This sleek, black pair of Boss R63 6.5-inch 3-way car audio speakers features a maximum power of 300 watts with an impedance of 4-ohm. Other features include the aluminum voice coil material with a 1-inch midrange and a 0.5-inch tweeter.

The voice coil is made with high-quality aluminum and the cone is poly injected. The mounting hole is 2.187 inches deep and the frequency response ranges from 100 Hz to 18 Hz. These speakers are perfect for a step up from your original speakers.
