The fountain will start when you plug in the USB cable(USB adapter is not included in the package; 5V adapter is required for this water fountain) to a power source. When the Filter Light turns ON, it reminds you to replace the filter. After replacing the Filter, please press the button for seconds, then the FILTER LIGHT will turn off.
