Motorola’s model MG8702, designed for use with Comcast Xfinity service, combines a DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem with an AC3200 WiFi gigabit router to save you space, eliminate the need for excess wires, and simplify the installation process. This cable modem is suitable for use for every speed up to 1 Gigabit service available from Comcast Xfinity, Cox, and Charter Spectrum. The MG8702 is not compatible with Verizon, AT&T, CenturyLink, or other fiber optic, satellite, or DSL services. Reliable design allows for ultra-fast DOCSIS 3.1 speeds with support for DOCSIS 3.0, 2.0, and 1.1 services. A built-in AC3200 3×3 wireless gigabit router provides the range, wireless speeds, and networking support needed to provide multimedia, Internet video and high-performance networking in any home or office. Power Boost technology amplifies the wireless signal to the legal limit in the U.S while AnyBeam implicit beamforming at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz focuses the wireless signal toward the wireless clients, allowing the fastest internet speeds to your router and devices.
