Keep an eye on things with the ultra-high temp glass viewing window and stainless steel, hermetically-sealed thermometer. Purchase a single or double mount (sold separately) and you, too, can rev up the grill over the open water!
Ignition requires a single AAA battery (included). The regulator uses a standard 1 pound propane canister (not included).
