Wide temperature range and super-high accuracy makes this two channel meat thermometer perfect for smoking or roasting any kind of meat, chicken or pork. Cooking temperatures and alarms are fully programmable, or you can use the built-in temperature function pre-set for 8 types of meat and 5 USDA-approved safe temperature. The high definition LCD displays are also back-lit for easy reading at night. Two 6″ long needle-tip probes are included, made from durable stainless steel with 49″ long braided steel leads. Uses 4 AA batteries. Works with any charcoal grill, gas grills, smoker or oven.
