Abilitations inflatable CoreDisk can be sat on or stood upon. Disk can be used to provide stability or positioning or active, free-flowing instability for the development of balance skills and trunk strength. It can be inflated with a standard athletic pump with sports needle (pump sold separately), to achieve a different type of sensation for sitting or standing balance. Disk has a 12-inch diameter and is 2-1/2 inches tall. Wash with soap and water, can use mild bleach.
